FOUNDING MEMBERS
The initial Board of Directors has 13 founding members representing the 301 Central Community Unit School District area. The Board Officers are: Tom Knief, Chairman, elected to chair the first year of the Foundation's operations, is vice president of Old Second Bank's Burlington branch. Tom's efforts and support have played a significant role in creating the 301 Central Education Foundation. Andrew Minehart, Vice-Chairman, is an area financial advisor-AAMS with Edward D. Jones Investments. Rich Perry, Secretary/Treasurer, is a semi-retired, long-time District 301 teacher and principal. In addition, Dr. Brad Hawk, Superintendent of 301 Central School District is on the Board as an ex-officio member.

Foundation Board Members are corporate and community leaders, educators, parents, and alumni, who donate their time and talents to promote the Foundation's mission.
