The Board of Directors has 13 members representing the 301 Central Community Unit School District area. The Board Officers are: Richard Perry, Chairman, a semi-retired, long-time District 301 teacher and principal; James Reuter, Vice-Chairman; Annamarie Schopen, Treasurer; Kathy Sherman, Secretary. In addition, Dr. Todd Stirn, Superintendent of 301 Central School District is on the Board as an ex-officio member.

Foundation Board Members are corporate and community leaders, educators, parents, and alumni, who donate their time and talents to promote the Foundation's mission.
