THE ABOVE AND BEYOND BOOK CLUB

Linda Braddy, Pam Michel, Judy Neumann and Cheryl Musial, all D301 challenge teachers, requested funding to meet the needs of high achieving students in all four elementary schools. Grant money will be used to purchase a collection of classical novels, historic fiction, biographies and non-fiction titles that will be used in lessons that extend and not replace classroom instruction. Small groups will conduct student led discussions using higher level thinking skills.
