SUMMER READING FAIRY SPREADS ITS WINGS

Country Trails reading resource teacher, Janice Eilken, requested funding for a summer reading program she created. Money will be used to purchase books that students take home over the summer. Janice’s focus is getting books into struggling readers’ hands that will be motivating, interesting, and promote engagement in reading. The Reading Fairy even makes visits to the students’ home throughout the summer!
